Pilgrims, Indians and Samara

The wee one's first Thanksgiving was a lovely affair. We had all the traditional fare--stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, broccoli, turkey and cranberry sauce. For dessert there was apple pie and pumpkin to boot. Sam was able to enjoy them all. Some highlights:

The wee one is thrilled to find out that her ancestors were still safely in Europe when this murderous feast that we celebrate once a year was consumed and so, therefore, she may enjoy each and every dish without a serving of guilt. Thank goodness for immigration sayeth she:
