I'm so sorry you had to go through that. But...Oh S! I'm so sorry you had to go through that. But please don't make yourself feel guilty over it (course you will, hell I would too), but Kristi is right that are super resilient, just look at Baby Anthony, he falls, bumps his head, etc... and he's fine. You are a great mom! You know it and everyone who knows you knows it. No worries, promise! I think all moms have had one ...S,

I feel for you. I think all moms have had one of these moments. Mine came with my second. I was working on the computer, which was on my second floor loft. I had a gate up, but it apparently was not snug enough because my then 9 mth old was able to get by the gate and proceed to fall...no tumble down the stairs. I, of course, ran down after him. Thank g-d my stairs are carpeted. He only made it down 1/2 way. When I picked him up he was barely even crying. But after that I got a wireless computer system.

Chin up. Next time I will make you feel even better with my "Locked the kid in the car" story. I'm so sorry that happened to you. I would...Oh God. I'm so sorry that happened to you. I would have reacted (and I'm sure I would feel) exactly as you did. Just remember that babies are extremely resilient (even though they look so incredibly delicate). And thankfully, they also have very short memories, which is why Isabella still loves me even though I made her tiny little finger bleed the first time I cut her nails.

You're still an incredibly mom. Don't forget that. :)Kristihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03792735154830422231noreply@blogger.com
